Sweet Cider
August - December
Cider has always been at the heart of our fall season, with the scent of fresh apples and pressed cider it’s a tradition we’re proud to continue. Each fall, we press small-batch, unfiltered sweet cider made entirely from the apples we grow right here on the farm. It’s all natural—never diluted, with no added water or sugar—just pure, fresh apple flavor.
We still use our original wooden rack-and-cloth hydraulic apple press, built in 1982, to produce cider the old-fashioned way. The result is a rich, smooth, full flavor cider that truly tastes like fall in a glass.
Cider season typically begins in late August and runs into December—sometimes even through Christmas in our farm store. During peak season, you’ll find it available daily at the farm store or at select partner locations, including The King Ferry Corner Store, Modern Market, P&C Fresh Ithaca, GreenStar, Eddydale’s, Bigsby Market, and more.
