Your Questions, Answered

  • Each season offers different u-pick crops. Strawberries start the season in June, followed by blueberries, cherries, and raspberries. In the fall, u-pick apples and pumpkins are available. U-cut flowers and sunflowers are offered in both summer and fall.

  • In the farm store, you’ll find a wide variety of produce as it comes into season, including peaches, figs, pears, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, summer squash, winter squash, mushrooms, and more—we’re always adding something new. When the greenhouse is open, we also offer early-season favorites like rhubarb and asparagus.

  • For many crops, you can drive directly to the field, with signs posted to guide you to each picking area. Look for the white wagon marked with big red “U-PICK CHECK IN” letters. An employee will be there to weigh any containers you bring (no glass) or you can purchase a picking container for a small fee. They’ll also share picking guidelines and point you toward the best areas for the day. Once you’re finished picking, your harvest will be weighed and paid for.

If you are unable to find the white wagon, please stop by the farm store, where an employee at the register and can assist you.

  • U-pick crops are priced by the pound. When you check in, your container will be weighed before you begin picking and then weighed again when you’re finished. Each crop is priced differently.
