Our Crops
All u-pick crops are priced by the pound. We offer picking buckets, quarts, and pints for a modest fee, or you’re welcome to bring your own container—just have it weighed before picking. Look for our white wagon in the field or check in at the farm store for the most up-to-date u-pick information.

U-pick begins in August and typically runs through early November. Free bags are provided, and carts are available to help haul your fruit—or feel free to bring your own wagon. Prefer ready-picked apples? You’ll find them in the farm store through Christmas.
Our original u-pick crop, first planted in 1939! The fields open in June and early July. Be sure to keep an eye on our social media pages or newsletter for updates and opening days.
Mouthwatering red raspberries are available twice a year! Our first picking typically begins around Memorial Day. If you miss it, catch the second round in late September — mid October.
With 15 acres of abundant blueberries to pick, you’re sure to get your fill! Blueberry season is longer than most, running from mid-July through late August. You’ll find fresh pints available in the farm store.
Pay close attention to our social media pages and newsletter for cherry updates, as the season may only be open for one weekend, depending on conditions. Cherries typically ripen in early July.
We have six rows of black and red currants that open for picking in mid-July. These small, tart berries are especially popular for making jellies.
Fields open in September with a wide selection to explore—big orange pumpkins for carving, specialty varieties, gourds for decorating, and smaller pie pumpkins for eating. All varieties are available for u-pick or ready-picked at the farm store.
We offer two sunflower mazes each year, each lasting for weeks—one opening in August and the other in October. Get lost in the maze while cutting your favorite sunflower stems, then visit our cut flower patch to pick a bouquet.

From mid-July until sold out, you’ll find our peaches available in the farm store. In especially abundant growing years, we may open peaches for u-pick—this will be announced on our social media pages and our newsletter.
Our newest crop has quickly become a favorite around here. Grown in oversized containers, these time-honored fruits spend each winter resting in our apple cooler before leafing out each spring in the greenhouse—something visitors love to see. Figs are not ones you’ll want to miss and are available by the pint in our farm store starting in mid-July and lasting into August.
We’ve been pressing our own cider with our original wooden press since 1980, keeping a time-honored tradition alive. Each year, cider production begins in late August, capturing the flavor of fresh, just-picked apples. Enjoy it daily in our farm store or find it at select partner locations, including the King Ferry Corner Store, Modern Market, P&C Fresh, GreenStar, and more.
We grow over 400 tomato plants each year, ranging from sweet cherry tomatoes to meaty varieties perfect for sauces. Pick up a pint in the farm store or call ahead to order by the half bushel. Tomatoes are typically available from late July through September.
Find all sizes and flavors of peppers available in the farm store—from sweet and mild to hot and spicy. Peppers thrive in the summer heat and are typically available from August through October.
Find your other favorites—like pears, cucumbers, zucchini, summer and winter squash, onions, garlic, and more—already picked and waiting in the farm store. You might even stumble upon something unexpected, like artichokes, plums, mushrooms, or other fun surprises. Our selection changes with the season, so stop in and see what’s fresh on any given day—you never know what you’ll find!
Mums add vibrant autumn color to your landscape and front porch, making fall decorating easy and beautiful. We grow over 2,000 mums in a wide array of colors and sizes, available from late August through October—perfect for bringing instant fall charm to your home.
Before the u-pick season opens, a few early crops are ready for you! We offer these already picked in the greenhouse. You can find rhubarb, asparagus, and mushrooms as they become available and ready to enjoy. Availability can change quickly, so feel free to ask at the register or give us a call for the latest updates and information.
We handcraft all of our Christmas décor, from fragrant wreaths and swags to charming centerpieces and kissing balls—each one thoughtfully decorated to make your holiday season feel truly magical. Our farm store stays open on weekends in November and December from 10 AM to 4 PM—or by appointment—so you can stop by, soak in the holiday spirit, and find the perfect pieces to bring warmth and cheer to your home.
